1. Where do you deliver?

Mural On Wall currently delivers to the United Kingdom only.
International delivery is not available at the moment.

2. How much does delivery cost?

Mural On Wall offers free delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend.

3. How long does delivery take?

Processing time: 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday)

Delivery time: 2–4 working days (Monday to Friday) via Royal Mail / DPD / Evri

Order cut-off: 5:00pm (UK time)

Total estimated time: 3–7 working days from the order date

4. What is the order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 5:00pm (UK time) are processed the same working day.
Orders placed after 5:00pm are processed the next working day.

5. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

6. Which payment methods do you accept?

7. What is your return policy?

Mural On Wall accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

8. Do you offer exchanges?

Mural On Wall does not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different colour or product, please return the original item and place a new order separately.

9. Are my payment details secure?

Absolutely. We use secure, encrypted payment channels to protect your data.
